State Medical Cannabis Overview

TheraTrue applied for a Medical Cannabis Production License in January 2021. Georgia made the production of medical-grade pharmaceutical medication containing low levels of THC to treat specific medical conditions for patients registered with the state’s Low THC Registry legal in 2019.

Facility

In partnership with the local municipalities, agencies, and nonprofits, TheraTrue Georgia’s production facility will bring new, well-paying jobs and stimulate economic growth in a rural Georgia community.
